يشغل د. ماسيميليانو فيوري منصب أستاذ مساعد في الأمن الوطني بأكاديمية ربدان. وتركز اهتماماته البحثية والتعليمية على المنافسة الإمبريالية الأنجلو-إيطالية في الشرق الأوسط، والصراع العربي الإسرائيلي، والإرهاب، والاستخبارات، والانتشار النووي في الشرق الأوسط. قبل انضمامه إلى أكاديمية ربدان، وقد قام بالتدريس في كلية لندن للاقتصاد، وكلية كينجز كوليدج في لندن، وأكاديمية الدفاع بالمملكة المتحدة، وجامعة إكستر. وهو مؤلف ولديه أيضاً عدد من المقالات الصحفية المُحَكّمَة، وورقات السياسات ومقالات افتتاحية. وقد تم تمويل أبحاثه من قبل مجلس أبحاث الفنون والعلوم الإنسانية، وكلية العلوم الاجتماعية وبحوث السياسة العامة، وصندوق المنح الدراسية بجامعة لندن. وهو ذو أصول إيطالية، وقد حصل ماسيميليانو على درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم السياسية، وماجستير في الشؤون الدولية وماجستير في الدراسات الدبلوماسية. ثم أكمل تعليمه في المملكة المتحدة حيث حصل على درجة الماجستير والدكتوراه في دراسات الحرب من كينجز كوليدج بلندن. وهو مولع بالسفر والتصوير والقراءة، كما أنه لاعب طاولة محترف، وعاشق حقيقي لمدينة نابولي.
