As part of its keenness to achieve its strategic aspiration as World-Class Education, Training and Research institution that provides world-leading higher education, training, research and advice to individuals and organisations, Rabdan Academy is implementing many strategic projects that contribute effectively to the process of modernisation and development in the country across Safety, Security, Defence, Emergency Preparedness and Crisis Management Sectors.

The projects are developed and implemented by Rabdan Academy in cooperation with its stakeholders, where a dedicated team of highly qualified and experienced experts manage the projects based on high-level plans and approved timelines. These pioneering projects also reflect the synergy and concerted efforts in the framework of impactful strategic partnerships at the national and international levels.

Develop Nationally Recognised Qualifications

In cooperation with our national and international stakeholders, we have developed a variety of specialised and unique academic programs by a global faculty who qualified at the world’s top universities with deeps knowledge and hands-on experience in Safety, Security, Defence, Emergency Preparedness and Crisis Management Sectors.

These efforts come as part of important strategic projects that are implemented in accordance with the best international practices and the highest quality standards. All such qualifications are submitted to stakeholders after they are officially endorsed at the national level.

Establish New Awarding Bodies

Stemming from our keenness to strengthen the UAE education and training ecosystem, and in line with our pioneering partnerships that serves our future aspirations, we develop and establish accredited national awarding bodies that award qualifications and certificates at the national and regional levels, in Safety, Security, Defence, Emergency Preparedness and Crisis Management.

Through these strategic projects, we provide an exceptional opportunity for our partners to register a number of training providers as RTPs, in addition to providing high-level managed services and technical advice for the awarding body operation, together with activating relevant policies and procedures.

Capacity Building and Professional Development

Being the first in UAE to provide learning in a dual approach, academic and vocational, we deliver pioneering and integrated projects in developing professional capacity and enhancing the participants’ skills, using modern methods, tools and audio-visual education techniques aligned with the best international standards and practices in this regard, as part of intensive and effective efforts in cooperation with our national and international stakeholders.

Under our strategic partnerships with world-leading academic and research institutions specialised in the professional development context, we manage and implement a number of building participatory capacity projects, along with providing technical consultations to various entities to upgrade their cadres and align their practices with global bodies.

Research & Development (R&D)

Part of our future aspiration is to become a well-recognised center for Geopolitical news and analysis, and one of Top 20 Think Tank in MENA region in the Safety, Security, Defence, Emergency Preparedness and Crisis Management Sectors.

Through integrated holistic projects, and with the support of a specialised research team, we seek to establish strategic relations within the framework of research and knowledge collaboration with the top 200 universities in the world, by signing joint cooperation agreements with the specialised research centers of these universities in terms of joint research and exchanging experiences & faculty members, that would serve Rabdan Academy’s vision and strategic objectives.
