Doniella McKoy is a Lecturer in Integrated Emergency Management and Business Continuity program at Rabdan Academy. She is originally from New York, United States and completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and liberal studies concentration on Health Industry from Bentley University and Master of Science in Healthcare Emergency Management from Boston University.
She is a an emergency manager with experience through the FEMA Corps program and NYC Office of Emergency Management and a certified Business Continuity practitioner through her work at Health Partners Plans in Philadelphia, PA.
Her adjunct experience at University of Alaska and Long Island Business Institute and talks at DRJ Fall 2019 and DRJ Spring 2021 has led her to full time academia to share her knowledge and practical implementation of concepts in the field.
